HYROX Athens brings the world's fastest-growing hybrid fitness race to Greece – 8km of running broken into 1km segments, alternated with eight functional stations from sled pushes to the final wall ball finish.

The race runs 5–6 September 2026 in Athens, one of the newer additions to the HYROX European calendar and a genuinely warm-weather race compared to most of the UK and Northern European stops.

What to Wear: Racing in the Heat
