All deliveries must be signed for at the address given during checkout. Your billing address must be present on all orders even if you are shipping to a separate location.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure a quick and pain free delivery of your goods, there is always a small possibility of delay/loss of goods. We will not be made liable for any delays, losses or costs incurred by a third party used during the delivery process.
Some countries may charge Import Tax/Customs Charges. Although we collect EU tax via the IOSS scheme for orders under €150, you the customer will need to arrange payment for any orders over this amount within the EU, and any duties for other worldwide orders. We will not be responsible for any charge incurred. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid import duties, your order will be refunded less shipping and a 20% warehousing fee.
Order cancellations are available for any goods that haven't yet left our premises. We will not be able to cancel any orders beyond that point
Returns
Returns will be limited to 14 days after the delivery date. All returns must be received in it's original packaging and in a resalable condition with any accompanying items.
Size exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days
Postage cost is non refundable and a repeat cost will be charged on any exchanges.
If any returns are made due to damage/missing parts, will offer a replacement for the item or a refund if no replacements are available
